6 Are teleconsultations available?

Yes. Follow-up consultations can often be provided by phone or video call when appropriate.

Home visits are not a substitute for emergency medical care. For severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathlessness, unconsciousness or other medical emergencies, please go to the nearest emergency department or call emergency services immediately. Proshanti also offers 24×7 emergency assistance and helpline support for stabilisation and hospitalisation coordination where appropriate.
